Barack Ferrazzano served as legal counsel to L Catterton, the largest global consumer-focused private equity firm, in connection with Remedy Science's (“REMEDY”) Series A financing.
REMEDY is a dermatologist-developed skincare brand founded by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Muneeb Shah. The brand creates advanced daily essentials and targeted treatments inspired by real patient needs, formulated to deliver visible results while remaining safe for sensitive skin. The Series A proceeds will support REMEDY’s next phase of growth, including advancing clinical research, expanding its pipeline of dermatologist-developed products, and building a best-in-class team.
