The Barack Ferrazzano Corporate & Securities Group served as legal counsel to L Catterton, a global consumer-focused private equity firm, in the acquisition of Taxa Outdoors, a manufacturer of lightweight, mobile habitats for outdoor adventure. This investment will enable Taxa to drive growth by broadening its distribution and expanding its product offerings to reach more people looking for unique outdoor experiences.

Taxa is an outdoor lifestyle firm that provides high-performance, durable, multi-functional camping machines. The deal is intended to drive growth in the expansion of distribution and product offerings for Taxa Outdoors. L Catterton has significant experience investing in outdoor brands, such as current and past investments in Heartland RV, Airxcel, West Marine, Getaway, Truck Hero and more.
