Overview

Barack Ferrazzano served as legal counsel to Carbon Beauty, a leading Amazon accelerator specializing in clean beauty brands, in connection with its sale to Front Row Group. The transaction closed in June 2026.

Founded in 2014 by brothers Dan and Jeff Sudman, Carbon Beauty pioneered one of the first Amazon marketplace models dedicated exclusively to clean beauty and has helped hundreds of brands establish and scale their presence on the platform, building deep expertise in product positioning, brand trust, content quality, and marketplace execution. The acquisition marks a significant milestone for Carbon Beauty, combining its clean beauty specialization with Front Row's broader platform spanning e-commerce strategy, content creation, logistics, international expansion, and marketing services to deliver even greater growth for the brands it serves.

"Front Row shares that commitment to brand-building and brings the scale, technology, and omnichannel expertise to amplify everything we've built," said Dan Sudman, Co-Founder of Carbon Beauty. "This is a natural next chapter for Carbon Beauty, and we're excited to work with the Front Row team to help our brands get to the next level."

Barack Ferrazzano's legal team was led by corporate partners Daniel L. Dominguez and Kait E. Kelly, with assistance from associate Samuel Herling. Employment and executive compensation and benefits matters were handled by partners Corwin J. Carr and Michael J. Poland, intellectual property matters were handled by partner Scott J.
