As an associate in Barack Ferrazzano’s Corporate & Securities Group, Sam’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters. He has experience assisting clients with securities law compliance and regulatory filings and providing general corporate counseling.

Prior to joining the firm, Sam was an associate in the Chicago office of Ropes & Gray, where he advised asset managers and their investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and registered investment companies, and he assisted with regulatory filings, public disclosures, and the launch of new products.
