Camryn’s practice focuses on advising financial institutions with respect to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities offerings.

As an associate in BFKN’s Financial Institutions Group, Camryn focuses her practice on drafting and negotiating documents relating to financial transactions and contractual matters, including merger and purchase agreements, loan agreements, security agreements, pledge agreements, legal opinions, and other transactional documents.

Prior to joining BFKN, Camryn was an associate in the Chicago office of Dentons US LLP, dealing primarily with financial transactions, venture capital financings, and private equity transactions.

  • Representation of a private equity company providing emergency funds to an international beverage company with a total deal value of $31 million.
  • Representation of Administrative Agent in the amendment and restatement of three revolving term facilities totaling $325 million.
  • Representation of a private equity company in connection with a $600 million bid on a food processing company.
  • Representation of bank client in connection with a Repurchase Agreement and accompanying SWAP Agreement.
  • Representation of various institutions in connection with financings by conducting a diligence review of necessary documents and drafting legal opinions.
