BFKN is pleased to announce Camryn C. Dreyer as the newest addition to the Financial Institutions Group. Camryn’s practice focuses on advising financial institutions with respect to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities offerings. As an associate in BFKN’s Financial Institutions Group, Camryn focuses her practice on drafting and negotiating documents relating to financial transactions and contractual matters, including merger and purchase agreements, loan agreements, security agreements, pledge agreements, legal opinions, and other transactional documents.

We have one of the largest practice groups in the country focused on servicing financial institutions, with many of our partners and associates devoting their full attention to the representation of financial institutions in corporate transactions, securities, regulatory, litigation, executive compensation and employee benefits, and other related matters.
