Overview
Barack Ferrazzano served as legal counsel to Hovde Group, LLC, an investment bank focused on financial institutions, in connection with its expansion of capabilities into Financial Technology (FinTech) and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), as well as select new strategic sectors.
As part of the expansion, Hussain Ali joins to lead the TMT and FinTech investment banking practice, bringing more than two decades of experience including prior roles at Barclays and Bank of America. Arman Khoshbin will oversee origination and the development of adjacent verticals beyond traditional financial institutions.
