Barack Ferrazzano served as legal counsel to L Catterton, the largest global consumer-focused private equity firm, in connection with Mars Men's $27.5 million Series A financing. The transaction closed in March 2026.
Mars Men is a men’s wellness and performance brand that uses a proprietary combination of 100% drug-free, natural ingredients to create supplements to help support men’s long-term health and vitality. The Series A proceeds will be used to accelerate product innovation, expand into retail distribution, and expand strategic partnerships.
