L Catterton Real Estate, the real estate investment and development arm of global private equity firm L Catterton, is strategically partnering with QIC Global Real Estate to deliver Los Angeles's newest mixed-use destination. Working in tandem with the local community, L Catterton and QIC will jointly redevelop South Bay Galleria in Redondo Beach, California, into an iconic, retail-led urban hub that features commercial and accommodation space, improved transport and bicycle connections, and substantial public space.
