Barack Ferrazzano served as legal counsel to LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton in connection with its definitive agreement to sell Marc Jacobs to WHP Global. Barack Ferrazzano has worked with Marc Jacobs since LVMH acquired a majority stake in 1997 and has seen the brand transform under LVMH’s ownership into an internationally recognized fashion house.

Barack Ferrazzano's legal team was led by Corporate & Securities partners Peter J. Barack and Andrew R.
