Josh’s litigation practice spans a wide range of industries, with deep experience representing clients in retail, manufacturing, and real estate development. He has championed his clients' rights across state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Given the global nature of his clients' businesses, his practice extends internationally, with experience in complex cross-border discovery and privacy matters.
