Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce the additions of Rachel Bender and Andrea J. Tabrizi to the Intellectual Property Group.
Rachel’s practice includes a wide range of complex trademark and patent litigation disputes, as well as drafting and obtaining design patent rights for clients as a registered patent attorney. She enjoys working across a variety of intellectual property fields, focusing most heavily on trademarks and design patents. She also aids clients in both securing and protecting their IP rights. Rachel represents clients in a number of arenas, including federal court, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Andrea’s practice focuses on U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and management of expansive portfolios. Her experience in these areas also allows her to holistically approach and resolve trademark disputes, while staying aligned with each client’s unique brand strategy. Andrea's experience spans a wide range of industries, from global financial services to fashion and hospitality brands, and she concentrates her practice on the fashion, luxury, and retail industries.
