Overview

Rachel enjoys working across a variety of intellectual property fields, focusing largely on trademark litigation. Rachel aids clients in both securing and protecting their IP rights.

As an associate in Barack Ferrazzano’s Intellectual Property Group, Rachel’s practice includes a wide range of complex trademark disputes. Rachel represents clients, including famous and luxury brands, before federal courts and in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Rachel is also a registered patent attorney.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked at an IP boutique firm, practicing both patent and trademark litigation. Before her legal career, Rachel gained experience as an engineer in the energy industry and worked as an associate at an executive compensation consulting firm, where she served a variety of companies in a multitude of industry sectors.
