Josh Bashioum works collaboratively with clients to understand their objectives and meet their needs. He gives each transaction the attention it deserves to ensure the client’s interests are protected while moving with speed to get deals done. Josh focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions. He has experience representing buyers, sellers, and developers in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, and dispositions. His practice also places particular emphasis on representing landlords and tenants in commercial office, industrial, and retail leasing transactions.

Megan E. Toal is skilled at efficiently researching, drafting and/or summarizing complicated tax issues and structures for both tax and non-tax audiences. She is responsive, offers practical solutions in a user-friendly way, and addresses client questions in a succinct yet thoughtful and thorough manner. She has counseled publicly traded corporations, REITs and closely held businesses on a wide array of federal tax matters, including tax aspects of structuring joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, internal restructurings, dispositions, recapitalizations, and other corporate transactions. Megan has specific experience handling acquisition-related matters, from structuring, diligence, review of transaction documents and post-closing integration.
