Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum & Nagelberg acted as legal advisor to The Shidler Group in the purchase of land housing several biomedical research facilities at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. The transaction, valued at $133.6 million, is for a ground lease of three buildings owned by the University of Washington, consisting of 316,000 square feet of lab and office space across 2.4 acres in Seattle's South Lake Union district.
Barack Ferrazzano's legal team was led by Real Estate Group co-chair Suzanne Bessette-Smith, along with David H. Nadoff, Christine K. Nichols, William F. Baarsma and Justin Dykstra.
