Zoe is a creative and pragmatic litigator who navigates complex, high-stakes disputes with thoroughness and tenacity—whether representing a Fortune 500 company or an individual client.
Zoe’s practice cuts across industries, including representing motor vehicle manufacturers and distributors, financial institutions, and individual shareholders. She has achieved favorable results for her clients in federal courts, state courts, arbitrations, and administrative forums across the country. In addition, Zoe has experience advising clients on best practices for efficient and effective eDiscovery.
Beyond her practice, Zoe is an engaged member of the firm community, serving on the firm’s DEI Committee and Committee on Retention and Promotion.
Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Zoe was a litigation associate in the Chicago offices of two multinational law firms. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on providing legal services for low-income seniors.
