Overview

Zoe is a seasoned litigator with experience defending high-stakes matters in federal and state courts across the country. From pleadings and discovery through appeals and settlement, she has an established track record of achieving favorable outcomes for her clients at all stages of litigation.

Zoe focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes, including class actions, multidistrict litigations, and other coordinated proceedings. She has represented clients in a diverse range of industries—including motor vehicle manufacturers, financial institutions, and consumer goods companies—in matters related to products liability, false advertising, ERISA, employment disputes, and breach of contract. In addition, Zoe has experience advising clients on best practices for efficient and effective eDiscovery.

Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Zoe was a litigation associate in the Chicago offices of two multinational law firms. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on prisoner rights and criminal justice reform.
