Overview
Pam concentrates on commercial real estate and related matters, with an emphasis on leasing. She regularly works alongside attorneys on leasing of office, industrial, retail, hotel, and mixed-use properties. She also assists with complex transactions with respect to the acquisition, development, and disposition of commercial properties, and has conducted and led due diligence reviews of leases to assist clients in evaluating and closing transactions.
Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Pam was a senior real estate paralegal with an international multi-practice firm providing legal services in a wide array of global and domestic business transactions.
