Overview
Megan serves as the Director of Human Resources for Barack Ferrazzano, overseeing employee relations, benefits and payroll, compliance, staff recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and the overall HR operations at the firm. She coaches managers on team development strategies, leads the HR team, supports change management initiatives, and ensures the effective administration of firm policies and processes.
With more than ten years of HR experience in the legal industry, Megan brings her well-rounded skills in recruitment, employee relations, and process improvement to the firm. Before joining Barack Ferrazzano, she held several roles within Sidley’s Human Resources department, most recently serving as Human Resources Manager.
Megan holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and maintains a Professional in Human Resources certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute.
