Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce Megan Seeger as the firm’s new Director of Human Resources.
In this role, Megan oversees the firm’s human resources function, supporting employees and leadership across all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, benefits and payroll, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management. Her approach aligns with the firm’s strategic objectives by strengthening talent management, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture. Through close collaboration with firm leadership and managers, Megan focuses on developing strong teams, leading change management initiatives, and ensuring the consistent and effective administration of firm policies and processes.
Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Megan held several roles within Sidley’s Human Resources department, most recently serving as Human Resources Manager. With more than ten years of experience in the legal industry, she brings deep expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and process improvement. Megan earned her bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and maintains a Professional in Human Resources certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute.
