Overview
Elizabeth is a litigator who leverages her prior experiences clerking for federal judges at both the trial and appellate court levels to help clients succeed at every stage of litigation. She focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes across a variety of industries, applying rigorous research, precise drafting, and thoughtful analysis to help clients achieve their goals.
As an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, Elizabeth works on a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Elizabeth served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Tallman in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Andrew P. Gordon in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, where she prepared her judges for oral arguments, hearings, and trials by researching and analyzing diverse legal issues, drafting bench memoranda, and delivering comprehensive case presentations. Before attending law school, Elizabeth taught second grade in Los Angeles.
