Overview

Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce the addition of Elizabeth Charles-Mundaden to the firm’s Litigation Group.

As an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, Elizabeth focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes across a variety of industries, applying rigorous research, precise drafting, and thoughtful analysis to help clients achieve their goals. She draws on her federal judicial clerkship experience at both the trial and appellate levels to guide clients through every stage of litigation. During her clerkships, she prepared her judges for oral arguments, hearings, and trials by researching and analyzing diverse legal issues, drafting bench memoranda, and presenting comprehensive case overviews.

“We are excited to welcome another talented attorney to our Litigation Group. Elizabeth Charles-Mundaden joins us after clerking on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. We are confident that the skills Elizabeth developed in those prestigious clerkships will create an immediate benefit for our group and, most importantly, our clients.” – Matthew A. Bills, Co-Chair, Litigation Group

Litigation Group

Our firm has assembled a group of highly skilled trial lawyers – seasoned partners and well-trained associates – who represent clients both forcefully and efficiently. Unlike some litigators, who spend years engaging in expensive discovery only to recommend settlement on the eve of trial, we are always ready to try cases when necessary but strive to achieve business resolutions early and economically when appropriate.
