An experienced commercial litigator and client advocate, David brings enthusiasm and ingenuity to his clients’ legal disputes. David views every stage of every dispute—from pre-litigation through trial—as a unique opportunity to further important client objectives.

As a partner in BFKN’s Litigation Group, David has guided clients through a wide range of commercial litigation matters. David has handled all phases of legal disputes, from pre-litigation through trial preparation, has briefed and argued a variety of motions in court, and has conducted depositions of key witnesses. His experience covers multiple areas of law, involving real property disputes, motor vehicle franchise law, ERISA claims, trademark disputes, and other commercial matters. He has represented commercial landlords, fashion brands, automotive manufacturers, and telecommunications companies. David also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representation of incarcerated persons in prisoners’ rights matters.
