Brian is a dynamic, detail-oriented, and responsive motor vehicle attorney with a primary focus on domestic and cross-border corporate and transactional matters.

As an associate in Barack Ferrazzano’s Motor Vehicle Group, Brian helps motor vehicle manufacturers manage the sale and distribution of their products, including through counseling on franchise and dealer network matters, commercial relationships and regulatory concerns, and brand launches in the U.S. market. He also advises borrower and lender clients regarding corporate finance transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian was an associate at McDermott Will & Emery, where he focused on corporate, private equity, finance, and renewable energy transactional matters, including advising clients on U.S. law components of cross-border transactions.
