Overview

Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce that Motor Vehicle Group associate Brian Ingram was awarded the prestigious Chicago Innovation Award for his work with Rapunzl, a groundbreaking software application he co-founded in 2016. We applaud Brian for his outstanding contributions to financial literacy and for receiving this well-deserved recognition.

Brian is a dynamic, detail-oriented, and responsive motor vehicle attorney with a primary focus on domestic and cross-border corporate and transactional matters. Brian helps motor vehicle manufacturers manage the sale and distribution of their products, including through counseling on franchise and dealer network matters, commercial relationships and regulatory concerns, and brand launches in the U.S. market. He also advises borrower and lender clients regarding corporate finance transactions.

Rapunzl is dedicated to empowering high school and college students of color by providing them with high-quality financial literacy tools that foster pathways to thriving careers in financial services. The platform offers equitable access through comprehensive teacher training programs, free curriculum, and a real-world stock market simulator. By demystifying financial concepts and sparking curiosity, Rapunzl enables students to build critical knowledge about investing and generational wealth.
