Overview
Autumn concentrates on commercial real estate transactions, providing comprehensive support to attorneys through all phases of acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing. She has extensive experience drafting closing documents and legal correspondence; reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and lease-related materials; and coordinating with diligence providers to resolve issues.
Autumn manages transaction checklists, assists with closings, and handles post-closing matters, including the preparation and distribution of closing materials and document compilations. She also helps coordinate ongoing projects, oversees document tracking and quality control, and communicates effectively with clients, vendors, and third parties.
Her transactional experience spans a wide range of asset types, including industrial and residential portfolios, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, infrastructure projects, and both renewable and traditional energy developments.
Before joining the firm, Autumn spent over two decades at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she served as a Senior Paralegal and Real Estate Specialist. She earned her B.S. in Paralegal Studies from Southern Illinois University.
