Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce Sherry Gini as Chief Operating Officer. Sherry is charged with managing the firm’s day-to-day operations, with a focus on driving and advising on strategy as the firm continues to grow and evolve. She also serves as an advisor and mentor to the firm’s administrative department leaders.
Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Sherry was the Director of Talent Management for North America at Baker McKenzie, where she served as a strategic resource to senior leadership on human resources and talent initiatives, best practices, and programs, with a particular focus on DEI and retention. Sherry also previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Goldberg Kohn, where she spent more than 18 years in various positions spanning human resources and administration.
