Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce Stanley F. Orszula has joined as a new partner in the Firm's Financial Institutions Group.

Stan brings extensive experience providing strategic counsel to banks on, among other things, compliance and regulatory issues, general banking corporate matters, distressed loans and assets, failed bank receiverships and note sales. His background includes experience as an attorney with the FDIC, experience on the board of a financial institution and representation of banks in private practice for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Stan was a partner in the Chicago office of a large regional law firm.

Stan earned his M.B.A. from the University of Illinois Chicago, his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and completed his undergraduate work at Boston College.
