BFKN is pleased to announce the addition of Audra K. Siliunas to the Real Estate Group. Audra concentrates her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and managing of real estate assets. She also has experience preparing loan documents for loan transactions, forming limited liability companies and corporations for clients, and reviewing and drafting a wide variety of agreements for corporate clients.
