Overview

Louis Vuitton, the iconic fashion and accessories house under global luxury conglomerate LVMH, is engaging with a collective of talent, including designer Colm Dillane, on Louis Vuitton's next menswear lineup. Dillane, whose label KidSuper won LVMH’s Karl Lagerfeld Prize in 2021, has embedded himself within Louis Vuitton’s menswear studio in recent months to help design its collection set to be revealed on January 19, 2023.

The move will mark the first time ever that Louis Vuitton has worked on a collection in this way, involving Dillane, along with filmmakers Michel and Olivier Gondry; stylist Ibrahim “Ib” Kamara; scenographer Lina Kutsovskaya and a world-famous music star whose name is still under wraps in advance of the show.

“It’s about chemistry,” said Michael Burke, Vuitton’s chairman and chief executive officer, revealing the various talents contributing to the upcoming fall 2023 display during Paris men’s fashion week, which runs from January 17 to 22, 2023. “The participants in the collective, they take it to the next level.”

BFKN served as lead counsel to Louis Vuitton. The team was led by senior partner and founder Peter J. Barack and partner Kait E. Kelly.
