Katherine Fritzi Getz focuses her practice on representing financial institutions in the sale and acquisition of businesses, capital raising transactions, and in connection with the review and negotiation of business contracts, including a wide range of vendor agreements and Fintech arrangements and partnerships. She has experience advising clients on general corporate, strategic, and regulatory matters. She also advises public companies on reporting obligations and has represented issuers in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Fritzi earned her J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School.

She represents clients in diverse and complex real estate matters, with a specific focus on REIT-related transactions. Ashley earned her J.D. at the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Pat Maloney focuses on commercial real estate law with a concentration on property development, acquisitions and dispositions, secured financing, REIT transactions, leasing, and joint ventures. He represents parties in the development, acquisition, and sale of commercial real estate, including industrial property, hotels, shopping centers, and office buildings. Pat also represents borrowers and lenders in a variety of secured transactions including securitized financings. Pat earned his J.D. at Duke University School of Law.

Shelby McMahon represents private and institutional investors, owners, and developers in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and land use matters, joint ventures, and REIT-related transactions. She has significant experience structuring, negotiating, and documenting sophisticated and complex real estate transactions, such as mixed-use and multi-phased development projects, build-to-suit leases, portfolio transactions, and land and lease swaps. Shelby’s practice spans a variety of asset types, including industrial and office properties, shopping centers, senior housing facilities, and mixed-use projects. Shelby earned her J.D. at the University of Chicago Law School.
