Nick Callahan is a trial lawyer who has tried more than 30 trials and arbitration hearings, including nine jury trials as lead attorney. Many of the disputes he handles involve finance, accounting, valuations, securities, real estate, corporate governance and shareholder disputes, merger and acquisition claims, bankruptcy litigation, and internal and government investigations. His clients range from publicly-traded companies and large investment funds to individuals. Many are in the financial industry, including banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, mortgage companies, and investors.
Josh Mahoney is a trial lawyer who has championed clients' rights in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations across the country. Those clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses and executives. His pursuit of their interests has led him to prosecute and defend against claims for accounting fraud, misappropriated intellectual property, breach of fiduciary duty, and discrimination, among many others. He also has successfully obtained and defeated TROs and preliminary injunctions. With extensive experience in e-discovery, Josh also helps clients limit costs before and after a dispute arises.
Jessica Heckinger Nowak represents clients in all types of litigation. She has experience in federal, state and appellate courts, and arbitration hearings litigating a wide variety of matters, including licensing, trade secrets, breach of contract and intellectual property and trademark disputes, as well as securities and real estate transactions litigation. Her clients have included a large medical device company, real estate developers, banks, an international energy company, a large pharmacy store chain and various individuals.
