Sergio manages BFKN’s Intellectual Property Docketing Department providing support with data and workflow management of intellectual property matters.
He has extensive experience filing and maintaining copyright, trademark, service mark, trade dress, and design patent applications in the U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, and management of administrative enforcement matters.
Sergio has a thorough knowledge of the procedures at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the World Intellectual Property Organization and foreign jurisdictional law. He and his team ensure the data integrity of the firm’s clients’ intellectual property portfolios to provide the best intellectual property support that reflects the high quality and efficiency our clients deserve.
