Sergio manages Barack Ferrazzano’s Intellectual Property Docketing Department providing support with data and workflow management of intellectual property matters.
He has extensive experience filing and maintaining copyright, trademark, service mark, trade dress, and design patent applications in the U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, and management of administrative enforcement matters.
Sergio has a thorough knowledge of the procedures at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the World Intellectual Property Organization and foreign jurisdictional law.
