Overview
John concentrates on multistate commercial real estate transactions.
His experience includes supporting the acquisition of commercial, industrial, and unimproved real property. John assists attorneys with various aspects of real estate transactions, including the review of purchase and sale agreements, title documents, ALTA surveys, and other due diligence materials. Additionally, he helps prepare closing documents and compiles post-transaction closing binders.
John earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa and a Master of Arts from Roosevelt University. He received an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate, with honors, from Roosevelt University. John is a member of Lambda Epsilon Chi and the Illinois Paralegal Association.
