Overview

Jeanine concentrates on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, refinancing, mergers, and environmental matters.

She has worked on transactions involving office buildings, retail buildings, industrial buildings, parks, apartment complexes and manufactured home communities. Her responsibilities encompass review, analysis and organization of due diligence materials such as agreements, title commitments, underlying title documents, surveys, leases, zoning reports, environmental reports, and other documentation.

In connection with real estate closings, Jeanine prepares contracts and closing and title clearance documents, and coordinates closing activities with clients, title companies, lenders and counsel. Her experience includes condominium conversion projects and unit sales. She has worked for private law firms, a private real estate corporation and an apartment complex REIT. Jeanine earned an Associate's Degree from Morton College, completed undergraduate courses at Loyola University and was awarded a Paralegal Certificate in the Real Estate Specialist Program from Roosevelt University in 1979.
