Greg has substantial experience preparing domestic and foreign trademark and design patent applications, including Madrid Protocol and Hague Industrial Design applications.
His experience includes reviewing and responding to correspondence from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization. He also has experience coordinating and reviewing correspondence to and from local counsel, such as filing instructions, filing particulars, office actions, registration certificates, etc., and coordinating the legalization of formal documents. Greg has a thorough understanding of trademark and design patent rules and regulations, relevant IP databases, and extensive experience in trademark docketing software, running searches, and preparing portfolio reports.
