Overview
Eileen concentrates on acquisitions, sales, and financings for real estate transactions and renewable energy projects.
Her experience includes performing due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, lien search, and closing document reviews for individual properties and large multi-site portfolios. Eileen assists attorneys with various aspects of real estate transactions, including title clearance matters for lender, borrower, seller/purchaser clients, preparation of closing documents, and post-transaction closing binders.
Eileen’s prior experience also includes commercial lending transactions, representing institutional lenders as well as borrowers. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University.
