As an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group, Catherine maintains a broad-based corporate practice representing public and private companies across diverse industries, advising on major transactional matters, guiding due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary agreements, and supporting clients through corporate governance, compliance, and licensing issues. She provides clear, business-focused counsel on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management arrangements, and other sophisticated transactions. Known for a collaborative style and strong client communication, Catherine combines thoughtful analysis with practical solutions to advance clients’ goals.

Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Catherine was an associate in King & Spalding’s Government Matters & Regulation practice group, where she advised healthcare clients on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters.
