Her advocacy and careful attention to detail have helped clients navigate complex barriers while working toward greater safety, stability, and affirmation. Caitlin will be honored at Legal Aid Chicago's upcoming Annual Luncheon on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
In her practice at Barack Ferrazzano, Caitlin advises banks, fintechs, and other financial services companies on a broad range of regulatory and transactional matters, including authority and control issues, affiliate transactions, consumer protection, and regulatory reform. She has experience serving as regulatory counsel on M&A transactions, capital market offerings, and enforcement actions.
