BFKN Financial Institutions Group partner and Regulatory Section Leader John M. Geiringer recently joined his colleagues from the American Bar Association’s Banking Law Committee for a new ABA Business Law Today video titled, Business Law 101 — What You Should Know about Banking Law. They described various aspects of the U.S. banking system, discussed the complexities surrounding the overlapping regulatory agencies, and explained key aspects of the field.
