Barack Ferrazzano is proud to announce that the firm has achieved Midsize Mansfield Rule Certification Plus for 2023. The Mansfield Rule, an initiative from Diversity Lab, measures achievement of certain structural metrics designed to better ensure our paths to leadership – including lateral hiring, client pitch teams, promotions, and appointments – are open and transparent to all qualified lawyers.
Our firm has undergone this effort alongside other top-tier firms and legal departments. Like them, we remain dedicated to broadening the talent pool for consideration, including those historically underrepresented in the legal profession, to facilitate transparent avenues to career advancement.
