Barack Ferrazzano partner Robert Shapiro was interviewed on CLTV’s Politics Tonight on the subject of President Trump’s Twitter usage, specifically relating to branches of his own administration.

Rob comments on the danger and problematic nature of having Twitter and tweets as a formal record, citing it is not the best way to make policy. He goes on to mention the impact of presidential tweets as mitigating factors of sentencing and trails. Rob also discusses the distinction between the Justice Department and other branches of government in relation to current investigations and how this relates to the President addressing problems publicly rather than privately.
