Robert M. Fleetwood has been named co-chair of the Barack Ferrazzano Financial Institutions Group. Rob has 20 years of experience as a bank lawyer, practicing with one of the largest and most active banking groups in the country. He has been in charge of the Group's Securities and Transactional practice areas since 2011.

"Rob is one of the most experienced bank deal attorneys in the country and has been involved in the nearly 200 bank M&A transactions our Group has done since he joined us in 1998. For the past seven years Rob has been the Leader of the Group's Transactional practice areas, overseeing both M&A and capital markets offerings. Rob is a well-known speaker at national banking conferences and teaches banking law at the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. He graduated cum laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.

Joseph T. Ceithaml, who heads the Firm's Minneapolis office, will assume the role of leader of the Group's Securities and Transactional practice areas.
