Overview

The Barack Ferrazzano Financial Institutions Group acted as legal counsel for D.A. Davidson & Co., lead placement agent in the private placement of subordinated debt of Durant Bancorp, Inc., parent to First United Bank & Trust in Durant, Oklahoma. Completed on March 2, 2017, Durant Bancorp, Inc. raised $100M in sub-debt issuance through the private placement, representing the largest single tranche sub-debt issuance by a privately owned bank holding company.

Barack Ferrazzano's legal team was led by Joseph T. Ceithaml, along with Nicholas M. Brenckman.
