Barack Ferrazzano is pleased to announce recognition in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2019: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance by BTI Consulting Group, the leading provider of client feedback research. This is the 4th time and 2nd consecutive year the Firm has been recognized. The data-driven ranking is based solely on more than 350 in-depth telephone interviews with a strategically designed group of top legal decision makers at large organizations who are instrumental in the influence of selection and hiring of law firms. Recognized firms are those that legal decision makers view as delivering exceptional levels of service in some aspect of the client experience.

Based on more than 17,000 in-depth interviews with C-level executives, BTI identified 17 activities driving superior client services characterized as: relationship bliss, price of admission, relationship builders, and business magnets. BTI’s analysis examines how today’s most successful law firms deliver the absolute best client service on a consistent basis by excelling in these 17 activities, and ultimately hold more enduring client relationships.
