On Thursday, March 3, BFKN Litigation Group co-chair and Insurance Coverage Group chair Matthew A. Bills is moderating the CLE program, Independent Defense Counsel: Rate Caps, Guidelines, and Deductions (Oh, My!), at the 2022 American Bar Association Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar.
