Join Barack Ferrazzano Financial Institutions Group partner and Regulatory Section Leader John M. Geiringer during Abrigo's ThinkBig 2021 virtual conference on Tuesday, May 25th. John's session will be:

BSA and Me: Reflections on Turning 50
Banking lawyer John Geiringer was born in 1970, the same year that Congress passed the Bank Secrecy Act. With the passing of 50 years, both have aged significantly, and not always for the better. Luckily for the BSA, Congress recently passed AML reform legislation to modernize its framework. While he waits for his own tune-up, John will discuss how the BSA has evolved over the years and what its future may hold in light of the evolving risks to our nation and its financial system.
