Overview
Barack Ferrazzano partner and General Counsel Edward F. Malone is a panelist at a seminar dealing with foreign corruption during the 9th Annual Chicago White Collar Crime and Corporate Governance Conference. The seminar will be held from 8:00-11:45 a.m. on April 13, 2016 at the Swissotel Chicago.
The speaker will be Sung-Hee Suh, Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Division, U.S. Department of Justice, who will speak on the "Tone From the Top." She will be interviewed by Patricia Brown Holmes who leads the White Collar Crime and Corporate Compliance Group at Schiff Hardin. Panelists will then have the opportunity to respond to Deputy Assistant Attorney General Suh's comments and discuss business strategies.
