Barack Ferrazzano Financial Institutions Group Regulatory Section Leader John M. Geiringer will be the opening speaker at the 2016 Illinois Bankers Association Compliance Conference. The conference will be held on June 3, 2016, at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville in Lisle, Illinois.
John will discuss how financial institutions are watching their lending data, which could possibly be the basis of the next fair lending enforcement action, and how examiners are scrutinizing assessment areas. In reviewing the latest enforcement actions and identifying the changing supervisory expectations, John will walk through best practices and ways to harness data and mitigate bank risks.
