Matt is co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Group. He has significant, first-chair trial experience in a wide variety of business disputes. He represents clients in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, non-competes, and post-closing disputes. Matt also is Chair of the firm’s Insurance Coverage Group and regularly handles high-stakes insurance coverage matters for policyholders.

Maile is co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Group and DEI Committee. Maile has over two decades of experience litigating and counseling clients in all manner of commercial litigation throughout the country, including in contract disputes, trademark, copyright infringement and biometric information privacy suits, consumer class actions and employment and customer discrimination litigation.
