BFKN is pleased to announce the addition of David A. Martin to the Real Estate Group. Dave concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and managing of real estate assets. Prior to joining BFKN, Dave was an associate at Pedersen & Houpt, P.C., where he represented and advised clients in connection with commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, organizational documents, and commercial lending, performed all aspects of due diligence, including resolving survey and title matters, and managed the closing process.
